We deliver Paithani Sarees & other silk sarees. Paithani related dress Material , tops, Accessories all over the world. Shipping Charges are absolutely born by us (Only within India). We will not charge to customer for shipping, packing, forwarding etc. charges (for India).

We request you to provide us your full street address with pin code/zip code and to kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
If blouse stitching is included, add 7 more business days from the day of receiving the measurements. Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where they follow five-day work culture. But, sometimes we try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case-to-case basis. Please note that no shipments are made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
Return and Refund Policy
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you in 24 hours from the receipt of the package.
Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care by sending email at info@navleepaithani.in and giving the reference of your order no, product details and price. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item, with time taken, refer to stock in ready or not, at our cost provided that our products was damaged in transit or a wrong item is delivered to you. As far as our outfits which are altered as per your specifications/alterations. You should appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually altered as per your body shape and size and made to fit perfectly in accordance to measurement provided. Also as far as our outfits, which are not altered, you should kindly bear in mind that relatively, fashion is an evolution.
We shall not be able to accept back your ordered dresses, blouses & sarees. Therefore kindly be informed that Navlaee Silks & Paithani will not be able to refund any online sales or exchange of your order items at www.navlaeepaithani.in except in case if your order is damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Shipping Gifts to India:

If the order does not contain any delivery date, then we will deliver it at the first opportunity, as soon as possible. Transit Times & Transit Risks:
We have the options of top class shipping companies like FEDEX and Speed Post ( in India). On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. If you order two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products are shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address. We deliver all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to consumers. However, if Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any lose. In transit, risk is all ours. But we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal/courier agency.
